How do flexible benefits work?
When you join the company you'll be given a core list of benefits which are paid for by Alight Solutions. However, during certain periods in the year you'll be able to add extra benefits which you'll pay for yourself by taking a reduction in your salary.
You'll also be able to vary your core benefits at the same time if you wish.

Total Reward Statement
An online statement which breaks down all the benefits Alight Solutions provide you. It will show you the total value of your benefits, taking on board not only your salary and bonus, but other benefits such as employer pension contributions, private medical insurance, life insurance and income protection. You'll also receive detailed information about each benefit, giving you easy access whenever you need to know more. -
Discount Portal
Save money on regular and one off shopping. Access online discount codes, cashback and discounted gift cards for a wide range of online and high street stores, including some leading supermarkets.
To access your tools simply log in to your account.
Save tax on your benefits
You could reduce your income tax and national insurance contributions depending on the benefits you choose.
