With many Cash ISAs offering low interest rates, you could consider transferring to the Stocks and Shares ISA in search of higher returns. Although unlike the security offered by cash, investments will rise and fall in value, so you could get back less than you invest. If Cash ISA rates improve in the future, you also have the option to transfer back to a Cash ISA while continuing to keep the tax benefits. Tax rules can change and benefits depend on individual circumstances.
How to transfer
You can do this online or by post - and it only takes two minutes.
