Invesco Perpetual will simply be known as Invesco from 01 October 2018. This means the names of their funds will change too, including the following Wealth 150 funds:

Old fund name New fund name
Invesco Perpetual Corporate Bond Invesco Corporate Bond
Invesco Perpetual Tactical Bond Invesco Tactical Bond

We don’t think investors need to take any action because there’s no change to each fund’s investment objective or process. The company and its funds are already known as Invesco outside the UK. The change just makes sure the company and its funds are known by the same name worldwide.
